PRIVATE: THE LEONARDO RANGE: INSPIRING GOOD ENERGY FOR PUBLIC SPACES

Our team’s visit to Salone del Mobile, Milan, in April prompted us not only to add many new products to our range but it also provided us with inspiration to view the products and service we offer in a different light. ‘Workplace 3.0’ an installation by Michele De Lucchi prompted much thought as the installation focused on how furniture can inspire productivity, collaboration and social exchange in public spaces. One new range we are delighted to present to our customers is Leonardo which inspires good working energy.

The range of Da Vinci chairs were designed by Koncept Stockholm, an architect and design company based in Sweden. Koncept Stockholm have had thousands of inspiring projects, one example is IF, an insurance company based in Bergshamra which featured Da Vinci-esque chairs;

“Its ethos of quality and care is strong in spirit and in the company’s workplace. IF’s headquarters in Bergshamra has been given a much appreciated facelift.From the specially designed furniture in the café – perfect for informal meetings – to the beautifully renovated executive floor, this is an environment that reflects IF’s brand focus on quality and its Nordic roots. It’s a space that fills the employees with pride and good working energy” –  Koncept Stockholm, 2015

The Da Vinci range is available with many variations to fit into the aesthetic of your space; choose from four stitched backs (left) and a range of different bases; metal legs, ash wood legs and skid and swivel bases on some designs . The chairs effortlessly compliment many interiors, due to their smooth lines and modern-retro look.

Deeply upholstered with rounded backs to envelop the customer, they are importantly comfortable, enabling their visitors to momentarily relax, so they are ready to work, to think, to move.

The name Da Vinci for the nine piece seating range is apt as Da Vinci was both an artist and a concept engineer, he was someone who promoted energy and beauty, we like to think the Da Vinci name for the chairs was given due to his forward thinking conceptual designs such as those for flying machines, solar power and ofplate techtronics – all of which were never realised in his time but for which he was bold enough to design.

We work globally with clients and pride ourselves on our ability to provide a five star project managed service.
